Can I schedule a school visit?

Due to COVID, the majority of in person events have been put on hold. We do periodically host open houses for prospective families. For more information on our open houses, please email our Admissions Coordinator Lucille Ranchor at lranchor@owncs.org.

Are children required to wear masks while in school?

No, students are not required to wear masks at this time. However it is encouraged and many of our students wear them during the day.

How much is school tuition?

Our World Neighborhood Charter Schools are tuition free schools. Admissions are based on a lottery which gives preference to siblings of current students and those residing in district 27.

Does the school require uniforms?

No, we emphasize freedom of creativity for our students and do not require any uniforms. However, students are free to wear uniforms if they choose to.

Can I volunteer?

Yes! We are always looking for parents who like to help out for special events and other PTO related matters.
